Service Description
Experienced climbers who pass our competency check can make use of our wall, with routes up to 12 metres high, 16 lines including top rope and lead routes, and grading from 4+ to 7b+ (plus some feature-only first ascents up for grabs). Please be aware any under 14s must be accompanied by a paying ‘competent’ adult at a 1:2 ratio. Experienced 14-17 year olds may climb unsupervised if they pass a competency check, however they still require an adult present unless previously agreed with us. Give us a call if you have any questions! This booking is unsupervised meaning there is no instructor present. Please note that we do NOT have auto-belays at this wall and as such, you require a climbing partner to use the main wall. Gear hire and lead ropes are not included. Well-maintained own-gear is welcome, loose chalk is banned to maintain our air quality.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel, you must update your booking information via the website or inform us in writing/via email. Your cancellation date is the date on which we receive written instruction or website confirmation. The following cancellation fees will apply: 30¬15 days before start date: retention of 50% of total price. 14 or fewer days before start date: retention of 100% of total price. The Company cannot be held responsible for any missed connecting transport that you have booked independently of the Company.
